Summary:

Outpouring Talent is seeking a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Virtual Assistant to support our growing healthcare workforce solutions team. This remote role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic recruitment and staffing organisation operating across the healthcare, disability, and aged care sectors in Australia.

The successful candidate will assist with recruitment coordination, candidate sourcing, outreach activities, social media marketing, project management, and client engagement initiatives. We are looking for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and confident working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers • Maintain and update candidate databases, CRM systems, and recruitment records • Conduct outreach calls and follow-up communications with prospective clients and candidates • Support lead generation and business development activities • Assist with social media marketing, content scheduling, and engagement campaigns • Support project management and administrative coordination tasks • Prepare recruitment reports and assist with tracking recruitment performance metrics • Communicate professionally with candidates regarding application progress and onboarding requirements • Support the team with general administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Recruitment Assistant, or Administrative Support Officer • Strong organisational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Experience using CRM systems, recruitment software, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office Suite • Social media management or marketing experience is highly regarded • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability • Professional attitude with a proactive and reliable work ethic
