About the role

  • Hybrid and remote working arrangements available 
  • 0.6 FTE, part time (flexible up to 22.5 hours per week)
  • Fixed term to 30 June 2027 (with potential for renewal)
  • $74,123- $78,341 Pro rata + 11.5% super + 17.5% annual leave loading 

This role will support the ongoing delivery of integrated quality, risk, and compliance activities to sustain Our Watch’s commitment to good governance practices, continual improvement, and quality service delivery. 

As the Quality, Risk and Compliance Administrator, you will support the smooth delivery of Our Watch’s quality, risk and compliance functions, helping to maintain strong governance and continuous improvement across the organisation.

You’ll manage QRC systems and registers, respond to support requests, maintain data accuracy, and ensure incidents and actions are tracked and followed through. 

You’ll contribute to reporting and governance by extracting and validating data, supporting audits and reviews, and coordinating key meetings, agendas and minutes.  

With strong organisational skills and attention to detail, you’ll keep information flowing, actions moving, and the QRC team well supported in delivering high‑quality, compliant and reliable operations. 

 

About you 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated administrative experience in a quality, risk, compliance, governance or similar environment. 
  • You are a detail‑focused administrator, comfortable maintaining accurate records and registers, and confident using digital tools such as spreadsheets, document management systems and task trackers.  
  • You can follow established processes and templates, communicate clearly in writing (including taking notes and documenting actions), and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
