About the role
- Hybrid and fully remote working arrangements available
- 0.8FTE – 1.0FTE (flexible work arrangements available)
- Fixed term to June 2027 (with potential for renewal)
- $102,303 – $107,362 + 12% super + 17.5% annual leave loading + 5 additional days health/wellbeing leave
Working within the Corporate Services Directorate, the Internal Communications Lead is responsible for developing and delivering strategic communication initiatives that engage, inform and inspire employees across the organization. Deliver monthly all-staff meetings, organisation-wide events, and work collaboratively with teams and leaders to drive the planning, implementation and evaluation of internal communications activity. Write compelling content, manage internal channels, support engagement, and develop strategic and operational communication approaches that strengthen understanding of Our Watch’s work.
About you
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced communications expert to take the lead on internal communications. You will have a strong command of communication techniques and strategies, with the ability to synthesis complex information to deliver communications supported by evidence and with an appropriate mix of channels and activities. You’ll have demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects and priorities, be highly organised, and have strong stakeholder building skills. Experience with Asana is a plus.
