We’re looking for a Sales Representative, ideally with a dental technician or dental assistant experience to look after our clients in Queensland. You will have ownership and accountability for managing key healthcare professional relationships within your territory. You will provide a consistent and value-added service for dental professionals and prosthodontists that supports best treatment outcomes for patients.

The role is also ideal for a dental assistant or dental technician who is looking to move into a Sales position.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand business and achieve revenue targets within your territory.
  • Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with dental health professionals to promote our full line of high-quality, state-of-the-art digital dental products.
  • Provide responsive, on-call support to existing customers while cultivating relationships with prospective clients.
  • Conduct client visits to uncover sales opportunities, follow up on previous interactions, and ensure satisfaction with products and services.
  • Manage key customer accounts and strategically target high-potential clients.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer objectives, buying criteria, and decision-making processes to establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Handle customer enquiries promptly and ensure their needs are met efficiently and professionally.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Proven sales experience, or a background as a dental assistant or dental technician looking to transition into a sales-focused role.
  • Experience with dental implants, dental prosthetics and/or digital dentistry.
  • Strong client focus, proactive approach, andand drive to achieve results.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Clear and influential communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both dental and commercial stakeholders.
  • Tenacity, resilience, leadership attributes and a team orientated approach.
