Warehouse Supervisor – Regenerative Medicine

Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and dispatch of medical technology products. The role ensures operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards. The supervisor will also utilise NetSuite or other ERP systems to manage warehouse activities and support supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of medical devices and equipment.
  • Ensure sufficient supply of materials for manufacturing.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using NetSuite or other ERP systems.
  • Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure all warehouse activities comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and medical device handling requirements.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments and ensure proper documentation.
  • Train, supervise, and support warehouse staff to maintain productivity and safety.
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, inventory turnover, and dispatch timelines.
  • Implement process improvements and optimise warehouse workflows through ERP automation.
  • Maintain clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader.
  • Experience working with NetSuite ERP or other automated warehouse/ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
  • Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare supply chain preferred.
  • Ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple warehouse activities.
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of GMP and ISO 13485.
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in ERP-based inventory control and reporting.
  • Familiarity with barcode scanning systems and warehouse automation tools.
