  • Leading and inspiring: You’ll coach and develop a passionate store team, turning them into true Oroton brand ambassadors.
  • Driving operations: Oversee all store operations including performance management, recruitment, rostering, and exceptional customer service delivery.
  • Creating visual impact: Work alongside our Visual Merchandising team to deliver compelling store presentations that showcase our product and brand
  • Collaborating strategically: Partner with cross-functional teams to implement store-specific strategies and contribute to exciting national initiatives.
  • Thriving in high-volume environments: You’re energised by fast-paced retail and love the buzz of busy trading periods, always staying focused and composed.

What You’ll Bring to Oroton:

  • Proven success in retail leadership, with strong people management skills.
  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced outlet environments.
  • A passion for luxury fashion and styling, with an eye for detail
  • Strong clienteling and customer engagement experience.
  • Experience in recruitment, coaching, and developing top-performing teams.
  • Ability to manage and deliver compelling promotional and visual merchandising strategies.
  • A positive, proactive attitude that energises those around you.

Some benefits on offer as an Oroton employee include:

  • Generous remuneration package, including: a bonus structure on offer
  • Team incentive programs and Oroton product discounts!
  • A structured training plan to learn the ins and outs of Oroton’s 5 P’s
  • Enjoy discounts with WHEREFIT to gyms, ICONIC Sport, Adore Beauty & HelloFresh
  • 12-weeks Paid Parental Leave Including paid superannuation for eligible employees
  • Training and development opportunities for all team
  • Fun, supportive, and dynamic team culture

Does this sound like you? If you’re ready to bring the excitement to our stores and steer our team towards continued success, we would love to hear from you! Apply today and ignite your career with Oroton!
