The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Senior Customer Experience Specialist to join our Perth DFO team.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional service, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless in-store experience. With a strong focus on inventory management, you’ll support stock flow, organisation, and availability in a high-volume environment, while creating a welcoming and engaging space for every customer. This is a great opportunity for a confident retail professional ready to take the next step in a fast-paced, premium outlet setting.
Permanent Part-Time | Offering 28 hours per week, working across Tuesday – Thursday and Sunday.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service in a high-volume retail environment
- Support and inspire the team by leading by example on the shop floor
- Manage inventory flow, ensuring stock is organised, accessible, and well-maintained
- Assist customers in finding the perfect pieces, enhancing their in-store experience
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Support daily operations, including stock management, customer experience, and sales performance
- Collaborate with the management team to drive store performance and customer satisfaction

- A proven track record of working as part of a retail team, hitting KPIs, and smashing store targets. • High attention to detail and proven clienteling experience.
