The Opportunity

We’re seeking an engaging and inspiring Concession Manager to join our Highpoint locations.

Reporting to the Dual-Site Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting your team, driving performance, and delivering a premium, personalised client experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a retail leader who thrives in a concession environment and is passionate about clienteling and team development.

Permanent full-time | Sunday–Thursday roster

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach and inspire your team to become true Oroton brand ambassadors
• Support performance across the concession, achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Oversee daily operations, including rostering, customer experience and store standards
• Execute elevated, on-brand visual merchandising and promotional initiatives
• Partner with regional and state leaders to implement store strategies

• A strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Passion for customer experience and clienteling
• A natural eye for styling and appreciation for luxury product
• Confidence in supporting recruitment, coaching, and performance management
