The Opportunity
We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Birkenhead Point Outlet.
Supporting the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving performance, leading your team, and delivering a personalised, elevated customer experience. This is a great opportunity for a passionate retail leader looking to grow their career within a fast-paced outlet environment.
Permanent full-time | Tuesday–Saturday roster
What You’ll Do
- Support and inspire your team to deliver exceptional, personalised service
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and product care
- Assist in driving sales performance and achieving store targets
- Support daily operations, including rostering, stock flow and customer experience
- Collaborate with your Store Manager to create a positive and high-performing team culture

- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Confidence in supporting and developing a team
- High attention to detail in store standards and presentation
- Ability to manage day-to-day operations with organisation and initiative
