We are looking for our next Logistics Assistant team member to join our team at the Hazelmere warehouse!
This is a Full time, permanent position.
This is an entry level position.
Shift times:
Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:00pm
Friday 6:00am to 12:30pm
Job tasks and responsibilities:
- Process, allocate and invoice orders
- Answer phone call queries
- Liaise with relevant personnel concerning the delivery of orders
- Liaise with sales representatives concerning deals and offers
- Assist with the booking of transport companies
- Run inventory reports
- Carry out filing and general office duties
- Perform other duties as required from time to time by the logistics manager
To be successful you will need:
- Full Australian working rights and MUST live in Australia
- Chinese speaking is preferred
- Microsoft Office experience (high level of exposure to and competency with Excel is a must)
- A current driver’s license
- Strong communication skills
- A great eye for detail and customer service skills
- Proven experience working in an Administrative Assistant role or supply chain management industry is ideal, but not essential
