Due to unprecedented growth, we are now seeking an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Analyst to join our Homes Division reporting to the Head of Procurement.
Role Overview
The Procurement & Supply Chain Analyst is a critical analytical and operational role within the Procurement function. You will develop and own reporting frameworks, dashboards and data driven insights that underpin cost control, supplier performance and contract compliance across a diverse, high volume supplier base spanning three asset classes.
This is not a back of office job role! You will work alongside the Procurement, Estimating and Building teams; contributing directly to project margin outcomes and the advancement of category management capability across the entire Oreana Homes business.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain category dashboards, procurement reports and analytical insights across all cost centres;
- Support Cost Movement Allowance forecasting and Benchmark BOQ cost tracking;
- Administer supplier price adjustments and coordinate rebate claims with Finance;
- Manage supplier master data, agreements, onboarding and offboarding in line with governance requirements;
- Coordinate category and supplier performance surveys; translate data into actionable insights.
About You
- You have strong analytical capability with demonstrated experience building procurement or supply chain reporting;
- Possess deep commercial acumen and understanding of construction cost structures ~ experience in residential or commercial construction highly regarded;
- You are confident working across crossfunctional teams including Estimating, Finance and Operations;
- You are known for your high level of attention to data accuracy & your drive for continuous improvement;
- You are a clear & confident communicator and have the ability to influence without authority.
