What are we looking for?
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will drive Salesforce Marketing Cloud adoption, optimisation, automations and reporting. You will build and execute cross-channel campaigns across Salesforce and work collaboratively with the broader Marketing, Distribution and Digital teams to deliver personalised, relevant communications across the customer lifecycle stages to acquire, retain and win back customers.
This role is also central to enabling scalable, data-driven marketing for our new investing arm, supporting B2B engagement with financial advisers and our transition into B2C marketing to retail investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of ORDE’s marketing automation strategy, supporting both lending and investment product lines across the customer lifecycle.
- Manage and optimise existing B2B automation programs for lending, including nurture journeys, triggered communications, and lifecycle campaigns to drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Design new email templates and build multi-channel B2B customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud ensuring personalised, timely, and relevant communications across email, SMS, and other digital channels.
- Establish foundational email and SMS journeys for the launch of a new retail investment product, tailored to both financial advisers and retail investors.
- Develop onboarding, education, and engagement journeys that guide financial advisers and retail investors through product features, benefits, and next steps.
- Implement audience segmentation and lead scoring models, leveraging CRM and behavioural data to prioritise high-intent leads and personalise communications.
- Coordinate and execute ad-hoc eDMs and SMS campaigns in collaboration with the Communications Manager, ensuring brand consistency, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales/Distribution, Digital, Product, and Operations teams to align automation efforts with broader campaign and business objectives.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using robust tracking and reporting frameworks to assess KPIs, ROI, and conversion metrics. Provide actionable insights to optimise future campaigns.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends, applying new capabilities to enhance campaign effectiveness and platform utilisation.
- Train and support internal stakeholders to build platform capability, foster adoption, and ensure consistent use of automation tools across the business.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, implementing best practices for consent management, data handling, and ethical marketing communications.

You have:
- A bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience in Direct Marketing, Direct Response, CRM or Data Driven Marketing roles.
- 3+ years hands-on experience in Salesforce MarTech stack administration and engagement.
- Minimum Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist certified.
- Proven ability to interpret briefs, aligning business needs with technical solutions, and demonstrate strong project management skills using Jira.
- Proficient in HTML and CSS for customizing email templates, landing pages, and forms.
- Excellent analytical capability to drive continual efficiencies and performance from marketing campaigns.
- Outstanding communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to define, monitor, and report on KPIs for customer engagement programs, and be able to communicate performance and challenges clearly to different audiences.
- Self-starter, with positive ‘can do’ energy and a sense of humour.
- Financial services, mortgage broker, or home loan industry experience (highly desirable).
