ABOUT
THE ROLE
The Digital Marketing Specialist is a hands‑on
role within ORDE’s growing Marketing team. It’s well suited to a marketer who
enjoys execution, has strong attention to detail, and is confident turning
briefs into polished digital outputs and clear performance reporting.
This role blends digital delivery with
optimisation and measurement. You’ll help shape how brokers, borrowers,
investors and partners experience ORDE online by supporting marketing and
distribution activity, improving engagement, and reinforcing a consistent, tier‑one
brand presence.
Your day‑to‑day work will include executing
paid and organic activity across social and web channels, managing website
updates through the CMS, supporting website optimisation initiatives and
assisting with email and SMS campaigns and customer journeys via Salesforce and
Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across
the business, interpreting briefs, managing multiple priorities and adapting
quickly in a fast‑paced environment.

Your key responsibilities will
include:
1. CMS management and
website content delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams and external
developers to publish and update website content, ensuring accuracy and a
strong user experience.
- Contribute ideas and incremental improvements to
enhance UX, navigation and performance.
- Maintain on-page consistency with ORDE’s brand and
content standards.
2. Campaign Digital
Delivery
- Support the digital execution of marketing and
communications initiatives, including ad and social campaigns, events, webinars
and product launches.
- Implement and QA digital assets (landing pages,
forms, ads and tracking) to align with campaign goals and engage target
audiences.
- Identify
optimisation and lead-generation opportunities across the digital lead funnel
for broker and income fund customers.
3. Email, SMS &
Marketing Automation Support
- Coordinate email and SMS campaigns (including
event journeys, reminders and automated sends) by supporting build, QA and
deployment in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Support building simple automations and
segmentation improvements and documenting repeatable processes.
- Maintain accuracy across communications through link
checks, tracking and basic reporting.
- Contribute to the ongoing adoption and
optimisation of ORDE’s marketing technology stack.
4. Digital
Performance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Set up and monitor performance dashboards across
key digital environments.
- Use web reporting and auditing tools to identify
opportunities to improve engagement, conversion and efficiency across key
journeys.
- Track KPIs and support the establishment of
benchmarks for core performance metrics.
- Produce regular reports and recommendations for
continuous improvement.
