Join our vibrant café in Sydney as a Barista! We are looking for passionate individuals who love coffee and providing excellent customer service. You’ll be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, maintaining a clean workspace, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café and work areas
• Oversee coffee machine settings and perform regular maintenance
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately
• Assist in training new staff members on coffee preparation and customer service
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Barista experience
• Experience in front of house roles
• Experience overseeing coffee machine settings and maintenance
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good time management skills
