About youWe are seeking a physiotherapist who:● Lives in or is willing to locate to a the beautiful NSW town of Tweed Heads● We would love to speak with an early or mid career Physiotherapist (New Graduates Welcome)● Is strongly committed to excellence in private practice and enjoys being in a busy, stimulating clinic environment● Is truly a team player, values working alongside a high performing team and wants to harness the learning opportunities that working with an experienced team provides● Desire professional growth, mentoring, and progression in life● Is seeking something more from the next step of your career through our industry first pathways● Want to learn from experienced Physiotherapy mentorsThe role● The hours required for this role are 40 hours a week for the right applicant● You will have an opportunity to build your own caseload and assist in building a clinic team in a new clinic● You will treat a mix of private musculoskeletal, Workcover, Support at Home and NDIS clients● This position is suitable for new Graduate Physiotherapists● This position will not suit therapists who do not feel confident building and sustaining a full caseload or learning how to do so● Step into an existing caseload and start earning bonuses and kicking your financial goals!● Your level of experience will determine your salary package● Annual salary package will range from $100000 to $150000 pro rata including your base salary plus all bonuses and entitlements● Your salary package includes a bonus/commission structure which allows you to take home an extra $1000 – $20,000 per year in performance based bonuses● You will have access to internal formal and informal clinic mentoring as well as external funding for external PD courses● Our clinical mentors are highly skilled private practice physiotherapists who mentor our team on a weekly basisAbout the clinicOptimum Allied Health is a values-driven allied-health provider founded in 2013.
