About the Role

In this role, you will deliver community‑based occupational therapy services to NDIS participants, supporting them to improve independence, daily living skills, and participation.

Your role will include:

  • Conducting functional and capacity assessments
  • Developing and implementing evidence‑based interventions
  • Writing NDIS reports, assessments, and recommendations
  • Working collaboratively with participants, families, and support networks
  • Managing your own caseload with autonomy and support
  • Contributing ideas to help shape Omnia’s Allied Health service as it grows

This role suits someone who is comfortable working independently in the community while staying connected to a supportive team.

About You / Experience Required

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is a qualified Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration
  • Has experience working as an OT (NDIS experience preferred but not essential)
  • Has skills in assessment, intervention planning, and report writing
  • Is organised, professional, and confident communicating with participants
  • Is based on or able to travel across the Central Coast
  • Is motivated by values‑based, inclusive practice
