In this role, you will play a vital part in transforming legacy customer forms into high-performing, optimised digital workflows within the Obzervr platform.

This is a unique opportunity to champion AI adoption, using cutting-edge tools to redefine how industrial data is captured and managed.

The Role

As a Digitisation Specialist, you will report to the Professional Services Practice Manager. You will work either within a project squad or on an ad-hoc basis to deliver digitisation services that meet specific business needs. Your primary focus will be the analysis, design, and creation of digital forms that enable streamlined workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Form Analysis & Digital Design: Perform deep analysis of existing forms and create digital versions that optimise data capture.
  • AI-Driven Workflows: Utilise AI tools (such as Claude and GitHub Copilot) and prompt engineering to auto-generate form structures and validation logic.
  • Project Execution: Work within established schedules and “ways of working,” using tools like Jira to track progress and document defects.
  • Collaboration & Innovation: Participate in company AI hackathons, mentor peers on AI workflows, and foster a positive, outcome-oriented team culture.
  • SME & Governance: Maintain subject matter expertise in our products while ensuring AI-generated assets meet strict data accuracy and quality standards.

What You Bring

Required:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
  • Hands-on experience with technical delivery and project management tools like Jira.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

Preferred:

  • Professional experience using AI/ML tools and platforms.
  • A solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with visual design tools or integrations with ERP/CMMS solutions.
