Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the team across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and event servicePrepare, cook, and present dishes to brand and quality standardsAssist with training and mentoring junior chefsManage daily prep, stock levels and ordering requirementsContribute ideas to menu development and seasonal offeringsEnsure smooth kitchen operations during serviceMaintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and WHS complianceWhat We’re Looking For:
A qualified chef (Cert III or higher) with experience as a CDP or aboveStrong cooking skills across multiple sectionsA positive leader with excellent communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressureStrong attention to detail and a genuine passion for foodPrevious hotel or high-volume kitchen experience is highly regardedWhat You’ll Bring to the Role:
