Located just minutes from Parramatta CBD, our hotel caters to a diverse mix of business and leisure travelers. As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional first impressions and ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests during check-in and check-out.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest profiles using the hotel system.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all guest information is handled with confidentiality.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth and consistent guest experience.
• Adhere to all guest service standards, policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• A proactive, responsible, and adaptable attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Previous experience in a housekeeping or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities (both written and verbal).
• A commitment to workplace safety and compliance standards.
• Professional personal presentation and grooming.
