Description

We are a premium, patient-centred organisation focused on delivering exceptional outcomes through advanced dental implant and full-mouth rehabilitation treatment.

As Nova continues to grow, we are expanding our clinical team within the Adelaide region and are seeking both 1 x Restorative Dentist and 1 x Surgical Dentist to join our supportive and collaborative environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced implant clinicians and become part of a team passionate about changing lives through dentistry.

The Role

These roles will focus on delivering high-quality patient care across implant and full-mouth rehabilitation treatment workflows within a modern and growing clinical environment.

We are seeking clinicians who are confident communicators, committed to clinical excellence, and open to ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development.

Whether your strengths are restorative treatment or surgical implant placement, you’ll work closely with Treatment Coordinators, dental assistants, and the wider clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience from consultation through to treatment completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and treatment planning
  • Delivering high-quality restorative and/or surgical dental treatment
  • Supporting full-mouth rehabilitation and implant treatment workflows
  • Communicating treatment options clearly and confidently with patients
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records
  • Collaborating closely with clinicians, dental assistants, and support teams
  • Contributing to a positive, professional, and patient-focused clinic culture
  • Participating in ongoing coaching, development, and clinical collaboration

About You

You’re a clinician who is passionate about patient care, clinical growth, and delivering exceptional outcomes.

You’ll bring:

  • Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
  • Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience as a Dentist
  • Full Australian work rights

Highly Regarded

  • Experience in implant dentistry or full-mouth rehabilitation
  • Surgical implant placement experience
  • Restorative implant experience
  • Experience with digital workflows including CBCT and intra-oral scanning
  • Sedation experience or accreditation
