We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mobilisation and Compliance Administrator to join our friendly team at our headquarters in Osborne Park.
Working alongside the Employee Relations Coordinator, the Mobilisation and Compliance Administrator is responsible for the coordination and facilitation of end-to-end employee mobilisation onto client sites and systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring that company and client compliance requirements are met and managed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Mobilisation and onboarding of new employees onto all relevant and role specific systems.
- Maintaining employee compliance records on our HRIS systems, proactively following up with employees.
- Weekly reporting on expiring employee competencies.
- Working closely with the Operations team to understand upcoming projects and requirements.
- Support workforce panning by ensuring drivers are workforce ready, liaising with employees, site supervisors and client representatives.
- Act as a key point of contact for mobilisation and compliance queries
About You
- Previous experience in a high-volume, fast paced, mobilisation role
- Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and the below systems:
– Pluto/ Brassring
– Avetta/ Pegasus
– Enable
– Workflow
– Site Docs
– Assignar
– Other client managed systems.
- Sound verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for process improvement
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and deadlines
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently and plan workload around competing priorities
- Be highly organised and maintain the highest levels of confidentiality
- Valid driver’s license (essential)
