- Delivering consistent, person‑centred support
- Providing confident, safe support to participants with complex or challenging behaviours. Your experience with big behaviours isn’t just helpful — it’s valued
- Assisting with daily living, community access and meaningful routines supporting people in meaningful, practical, everyday ways
- Helping participants develop skills, independence, and confidence
- Contributing to long‑term improvements in quality of life
- Supporting with Personal Care is a mandatory part of this role
You’ll be supporting people at one of our sites in the hills district and in the community, helping them build confidence, skills, and independence.

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- First Aid & CPR
- Certificate III/IV (or working towards)
- Driver’s licence
