Description

We’re expanding – and we’re looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our team! This is a brand-new part time role created to support our growing organisation, offering a mix of home-based and office work across our Sunshine Coast practices in Noosa, Cooroy and Coolum (with more locations to be opened over the next 12 months).

We are a respected, specialist-led diagnostic imaging network with a strong reputation for clinical excellence, personalised service, and community connection across the Sunshine Coast.

About the Role

You will provide hands-on support across all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll, compliance, and staff engagement. You’ll help keep processes running smoothly while supporting a positive, organised, workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Respond to HR enquiries and support employee performance and policy matters.
  • Maintain HR records, reports, and systems to ensure compliance.
  • Support employee engagement, training, and workplace initiatives.
  • Assist with payroll coordination, timesheets, and HR administration.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred) with HR admin/coordination experience.
  • Knowledge of Australian employment law, HR practices, and HR systems (Employment Hero desirable).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organisational, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise, multitask, and support multi-site operations.
  • Attention to detail, confidentiality, initiative, and a strong work ethic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Work Environment

  • Hybrid role working onsite and from home
  • Must be able to travel to our different sites as required
