We’re expanding – and we’re looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our team! This is a brand-new part time role created to support our growing organisation, offering a mix of home-based and office work across our Sunshine Coast practices
in Noosa, Cooroy and Coolum (with more locations to be opened over the next 12 months).

About the Role
You will provide hands-on support across all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll, compliance, and staff engagement. You’ll help keep processes running smoothly while supporting a positive, organised, workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Respond to HR enquiries and support employee performance and policy matters.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and systems to ensure compliance.
- Support employee engagement, training, and workplace initiatives.
- Assist with payroll coordination, timesheets, and HR administration.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred) with HR admin/coordination experience.
- Knowledge of Australian employment law, HR practices, and HR systems (Employment Hero desirable).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organisational, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise, multitask, and support multi-site operations.
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, initiative, and a strong work ethic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Work Environment
- Hybrid role working onsite and from home
- Must be able to travel to our different sites as required
