We’re looking for a high performing Branch Manager to lead the team in our branch our new Brendale Branch.

The Role:
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operation and production output of the branch, with responsibilities including:
• People leadership and development – you’ll be responsible for hiring, onboarding, upskilling and mentoring a high-performing team
• Driving a culture of customer service excellence and continuous improvement
• Developing and maintaining growth strategies and plans
• Safety leadership and compliance
• Nurturing relationships with customers and Management of orders as required
• Oversight of operations, production, stores, procurement / supply chain and scheduling deliveries
• Meeting and exceeding sales and profitability targets
• Working closely with the Business Development Manager to increase client base, whilst managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
• Developing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of business products, industry trends and value proposition
About You:
You’re an experienced leader that has worked in a similar Branch Manager role in the Roofing and/or Building Supplies industry, looking for the next challenge. With proven experience and a background in operations, you’ve got the drive and initiative to grow our presence in the region. You’re passionate about developing people to provide exceptional customer service and quality outcomes.
