About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join
our Cardiff branch. Reporting to the Branch Manager and forming part of the
Branch Leadership Team, you’ll oversee the Trade Counter, Inventory, Warehouse
and Yard operations to ensure safety, efficiency and great customer service.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Driving continuous improvement in safety
- Supporting initiatives to increase branch sales
- Leading toolbox meetings
- Coaching and mentoring staff in safety, product knowledge and customer service
- Conducting 1:1s to support team development
- Working with the Branch Leadership Team to ensure resources are allocated effectively
- Managing inventory, optimising storage, reducing stock losses and reviewing min/max levels
- Coordinating and leading stocktakes
