About The Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support and deliver NHS’s digital marketing activity across key online channels, including the company website, webstore, Easy Times articles, social media, SEO, and online directories.

This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role that works closely with the Marketing team and internal stakeholders to ensure digital content is accurate, on‑brand, and delivers a strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the NHS website to deliver a best‑in‑class, trade‑focused online experience and keep the brand top of mind for customers.
  • Ensure all webstore products, information pages, and articles are accurate, engaging, and presented to optimise the customer and user experience.
  • Plan, create, and publish high‑quality, on‑brand content across multiple formats, including:
    • Video and static social media content
    • Digital advertising assets
    • Posters, EDMs, web banners, and landing pages
  • Align all digital content and marketing activity with NHS’s brand strategy and Core Values.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support integrated marketing campaigns that contribute to business objectives, including increasing customer engagement and gross profit.
  • Assist with SEO and online directory optimisation to improve visibility and discoverability.
  • Lead or support additional marketing projects as required, including customer events, end‑of‑year initiatives, merchandise ordering, and other brand activities.

About You

You are a motivated digital marketer who enjoys practical, hands‑on delivery and takes pride in producing accurate, well‑presented work.

You will bring:

  • Qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience in a marketing or digital marketing support/coordinator role.
  • Proven ability to update and maintain website content using a content management system (CMS).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience creating and managing digital content across websites, social media, and email.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and basic SEO principles.
  • A current NSW Driver Licence.
