Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patients’ health status, documenting changes and reporting to the healthcare team.
• Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with patients and their families.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with organisational policies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of care services.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and organisational protocols.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse qualification with current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
