GRANTS & PARTNERSHIP ADVISOR
• Permanent Part time – 30.4 hours per week

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Grants & Partnerships Advisor (GPA) is responsible for identifying and progressing growth opportunities for new and existing programs and services through various funding streams.
The primary function will be to consistently review grant and tender opportunities, evaluate them for suitability against our strategic plan, and work with internal stakeholders to complete high quality applications.
The role will be required to develop a thorough understanding of the business, build effective relationships with key stakeholders, assess the financial and strategic suitability of business growth opportunities and develop and present proposals to all types of funders.
The GPA will also assist the Brand Manager to develop corporate proposals and explore
philanthropic channels of funding.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, assess and progress grant, tender and partnership opportunities that align with
Ngala’s strategic priorities and support sustainable business growth.
- Lead the development and coordination of high‑quality funding submissions, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance and strategic fit.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with funders and partners, including government, corporate and philanthropic stakeholders, to support current and future funding opportunities.
ABOUT YOU
As the successful candidate, you will have:
- A minimum of 5 years in a similar role or the equivalent professional experience.
- Proven success securing grant or tender funding to achieve income and growth targets.
- Demonstrated experience in the development, implementation and management of business growth strategies.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and hold them accountable to deliverables and
timeframes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while delivering results.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to generate ideas.
- Existing network of contacts within the health care and community services sectors is
desirable.
Role requirements
- Able to work across other Ngala sites as required.
- Possession of a current National Police Clearance.
- Possession of a current WA Driver’s Licence.
