We are seeking Part-time (minimum 18 hours per week) Food & Beverage Attendant who provide high-quality service in the restaurant and bar, as well as assisting with set-up and service for any conferencing and social events that take place at the hotel.
What you will be doing…
- Delivering top-notch customer service and anticipating guests’ needs to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere
- Taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing recommendations on menu items
- Assist in setting up conferences and events spaces
- Ensuring the dining area is immaculate, tables are properly set, and all aspects of service meet our high standards
- Working closely with team to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive guest experience
- Following all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to maintain the quality of service
Ideally you will be…
- Preferably have prior experience in Food & Beverage roles
- A fast learner
- Flexible with hours and working on weekends
- Able to engage with team members and customers easily
- Cheerful, playful, with a great sense of humor
- Keen to get stuck in and help where ever needed
