Operations Liaison Officer – Nations Church Myaree
Full-Time – 12 month Maternity Leave Contract
The position
We are seeking a proactive and organised Operations Liaison Officer to join our Corporate Services team at the Myaree campus. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and effective day to day operation of the facility, supporting the ministry activities of Nations Church.
This position is offered on a fixed-term basis to cover a 12-month period of maternity leave and will conclude at the end of the contract period.
This role is responsible for:
- Acting as the focal point for operational oversight of facility requirements relating to mid-week events and programs
- Coordinating venue hire and external events, including supplier coordination, guest liaison and internal collaboration
- Identifying, reviewing and implementing processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintaining administrative functions associated with the day-to-day running of the Myaree facility
- Overseeing facility upkeep and maintenance, including coordinating sub-contractors and external vendors
- Developing, implementing and routinely reviewing Standard Operating Procedures for the use of key facility areas, with a strong focus on the health, safety and security of all users
- Providing oversight of the commercial kitchen as Food Safety Supervisor, including compliance with food safety and hygiene policies and training requirements
- Conducting facility inductions for staff, key event personnel and external users
This role is located at our Nations Myaree Campus and the successful candidate will be expected to actively participate in the life of Nations Church and make this their home church.

They will be able to work collaboratively with staff and external stakeholders, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism, safety and service delivery.
