Operations Coordinator – Nations Church Myaree

1 day per week (Sunday)

The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team at the Myaree campus. This role plays a key leadership function in the life of our Sunday services, providing leadership and oversight of teams, facilities and operations.

This role is responsible for:

  • Providing leadership and oversight to key Sunday teams, including Carpark, Duty Officers and Café
  • Acting as the Sunday point person, ensuring teams are supported, aligned and operating effectively across the campus
  • Overseeing facilities and resources required for Sunday services, ensuring functionality and excellent presentation
  • Supporting event logistics for Welcome Lunches, Baptism services and special services
  • Maintaining a strong focus on safety and security across the campus
  • Responding to operational needs as they arise, supporting teams and Sunday services
  • Acting as First Aid Officer and contributing to the review and improvement of related processes and procedures
  • Identifying, reviewing and implementing processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

This role is based at our Nations Myaree Campus, and the successful candidate will be expected to actively participate in the life of Nations Church and make Nations Church their home church.
