HR Admin – Nations Church Myaree

Casual – 1 day per week

The position

We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our Corporate Services team based at our Myaree campus. This role provides administrative support to the Human Resources team supporting a range of functions across all Nations Church campuses.

This role is responsible for:

  • Coordinating the onboarding and offboarding of Office Volunteers, ensuring compliance requirements are met, workflows are maintained and accurate records are kept
  • Liaising with key stakeholders to support the efficient onboarding of Office Volunteers
  • Coordinating the onboarding and offboarding of Work Experience students, including liaising with schools to ensure compliance requirements are met and accurate records are maintained
  • Supporting staff care initiatives and assisting with event planning and execution
  • Assisting with coordination of statewide team meeting elements such as rosters, catering and HR communication
  • Providing general HR administrative support, including scheduling, external training bookings, stock ordering and general tasks as required

This role is located at our Nations Myaree Campus and the successful candidate would need to make Nations Church their home church.

MUST-HAVES

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be highly organised with strong attention to detail. They should demonstrate a positive and willing attitude to support the HR functions of the Church.
