The opportunity:
Due to internal growth, we are looking for a Plumbing Project Supervisor. Based from our Nambour branch, this role will be pivotal in ensuring our installation projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. As a Plumbing Project Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing the customer experience and setting your site team up for success every time.
With a trade qualification in Plumbing or Electrical, your experience in pumps and irrigation, and demonstrated success in managing site teams, will make you a great fit for leading a team on the delivery of pump and irrigation projects from the ground up.
What you’ll be doing:
Reporting to the Head of Project Delivery, this newly created role is a working leadership position combining technical expertise with effective project and site leadership. You will provide technical guidance, leads toolbox talks, oversee compliance, and support site teams to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
What you’ll bring:
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated success in leading teams to deliver installation projects
• Trade qualification or relevant technical background
• Experience in the pump and irrigation industry (or closely related sectors)
• Strong technical knowledge of pump systems, irrigation, and installations
• Experience managing projects, schedules, and budgets
• Experience leading site teams or supervising projects
• Confident running pre-start meetings and toolbox talks
• Strong communication skills – with crews, customers, and leadership
