Your New Role
We’re now seeking an experienced Field Salesperson to join our Sunshine Coast team in a dynamic Project Sales role. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll turn customer challenges into customised, high-performing system designs and solutions. This role requires travel across Queensland, including some overnight travel.

What you’ll be doing
As a Project Sales Representative, you will be involved in the full end-to-end project sales process.
You will also:
- Manage and maintain the customer relationship, system designs, preparing quotations.
- Work with the delivery team to see the project through to handover and sign-off.
- Get involved with tenders and proposals for councils and government projects.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in a similar, or relevant role, within the water industry
- Relevant industry experience in pumping and irrigation (essential)
- Clean driving licence (mandatory)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Solid understanding of the tendering process (preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge of pumps and pipe sizing, including friction loss and static head calculations
- Confidence working with computer systems
