Group Accounts Receivable Officer NPI

About the Role

Join our growing Brisbane Head Office team as an Accounts Receivable Officer. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll take ownership of receivables, ensuring payments are collected in full and on time. This role also provides support across Accounts Payable in a fast-paced, expanding business. We have many acquisitions coming up, and we need a detailed and proven professional to join our team.

You will:

• Provide end-to-end accounts receivable processing
• Undertake payment receipting, allocations, and bank reconciliations
• Monitor debtor accounts and follow up outstanding balances
• Responsible for customer account management and relationship building
• Support AP tasks including invoice processing and reconciliations
• Assist with cash flow reporting and general admin
