Group Accounts Payable Officer

Your New Role

We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our growing Brisbane Head Office team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices and supplier payments in a fast-paced environment. We have many acquisitions coming up, and we need a detailed and proven professional to join our team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide end-to-end accounts payable processing
• Be responsible for invoice matching, coding, and approvals
• Undertake supplier account management and reconciliations
• Resolve discrepancies and handle any enquiries
• Undertake and support cash flow reporting
• General office administration support

What you’ll Bring:

• 7+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable
• ERP system experience (implementation highly regarded)
• Strong Excel and data entry skills
• High attention to detail and organisation
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt in a changing environment
