Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Impact & Data Systems Lead to shape, strengthen, and govern the organisation’s data and systems infrastructure. This pivotal role will lead the development of organisation-wide impact measurement frameworks, build data capability across teams, and ensure high-quality, integrated systems that drive confident decision-making and clearly demonstrate the impact of National Nutrition Foundation.
Working across the organisation, you will provide cross-functional leadership in data architecture, systems integration, reporting, measurement, and continuous improvement. You will ensure data is transformed into meaningful insight that fuels program excellence, organisational learning, and long-term strategic outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership in impact and measurement by developing organisation-wide frameworks, translating data into compelling impact narratives, driving continuous improvement, and advising on data interpretation across the organisation.
- Lead the design, governance, integration, and optimisation of data systems, including privacy, security, and CRM implementation, while championing efficient and effective data use across teams.
- Oversee organisational reporting, data analysis, dashboards, and the annual impact report, delivering clear performance insights to senior leadership.
- Manage core platforms such as Salesforce and Power BI, along with vendor, stakeholder, and contract relationships to ensure systems align with operational and strategic needs.
- Build organisational capability in data literacy, evaluation, and impact-focused practice, while contributing to planning, collaboration, sector awareness, and workplace health and safety across National Nutrition Foundation.
Key selection criteria
- Demonstrated ability to design and operationalise impact, evaluation, or monitoring frameworks and translate data into meaningful insights for diverse audiences
- Experience with data structures, logic models, or organisational data architecture
- Proven capability with Salesforce, Power BI, CRM platforms, or similar digital ecosystems, including leading efficiencies and integrations
- Experience contributing to KPIs, dashboards, reporting cycles, and organisational impact reporting
- Experience leading multi-stakeholder or organisation-wide initiatives and collaborating with senior leaders and partners
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Evaluation, or a related discipline
- Must have the rights to work in Australia and reside in commuting distance to Richmond, Victoria or Subiaco, Western Australia.
Desirable
- Experience supporting organisational change, capability building, and adoption of new systems or practices
- Understanding of public health or social impact contexts and evaluation methodologies
- Knowledge of IT or AI tools for automation, integration, or insight generation
- Experience with State or Federal funding and reporting environments
- Qualifications in Public Health or Social Impact.
