NAAS, a growing modular construction business within the Sentinel Property Group network, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of modular projects — from design and pre-construction through to manufacture and on-site installation.

This is a hands-on role suited to a commercially astute project professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys managing multiple stakeholders while delivering projects on time and within budget.

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Project Manager will oversee feasibility assessments, pre-construction activities, contractor management and full project lifecycle delivery.

You will coordinate consultants, contractors, investors, and internal teams to ensure projects align with development briefs, regulatory requirements and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Development Management

  • Lead modular construction projects from design through to manufacture and installation
  • Develop and manage project programs, budgets, cashflows and forecasts
  • Prepare consultant and contractor briefs and manage tender processes
  • Administer contracts and progress claims
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and building code requirements

Pre-Construction & Feasibility

  • Conduct feasibility analysis and due diligence
  • Support bidding, estimating and pipeline management
  • Prepare development cost plans and risk assessments
  • Compile IFC documentation and contractor tender briefs
  • Stakeholder & Communication Management
  • Chair PCG meetings and deliver progress reports
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, investors and community stakeholders
  • Manage client and tenant variations with appropriate approvals
  • Ensure smooth handover from pre-construction to delivery

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Support and mentor team members
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements
  • Contribute to Board reporting where required

About You

You will bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction, Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience in construction, development or project management roles
  • Strong experience in pre-construction, bidding, estimating and contract administration
  • Demonstrated experience managing consultants and contractors
  • Strong knowledge of statutory regulations and construction compliance
  • Understanding of DfMA and modular construction methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy
