We are searching for a Full Stack Engineer who brings strong technical capability across both front-end and back-end development, with a pragmatic and delivery-focused mindset.

Your Role:
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will contribute to the development and delivery of platform and product features across the business.
You will work closely with the Tech Lead and broader team to build, improve, and scale systems that support both patients and internal operations.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Build and enhance front-end and back-end functionality across products
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code
- Implement APIs, integrations, and backend services
- Contribute across the full development lifecycle from design to production
- Work across cloud environments and deployment pipelines
- Support system performance, reliability, and scalability
- Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams
- Contribute to code reviews, testing, and engineering best practices
- Support ongoing improvements to platform capability and user experience
Technology & Platform
You’ll work across a modern stack including:
- React, Next.js, TypeScript
- Cloud platforms (Azure and AWS)
- APIs, backend services, and distributed systems
- PostgreSQL and data platforms
- Infrastructure as Code and modern deployment practices
About You
- 3–6 years’ experience as a Full Stack or Software Engineer
- Strong hands-on experience with modern web technologies (React, TypeScript)
- Experience delivering features end-to-end from design to production
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Security & Compliance
Given the nature of healthcare, you have an appreciation for:
- Data privacy and secure system design
- Role-based access and authentication principles
- Secure APIs and data handling practices
- Reliability, monitoring, and system resilience
Nice to have
- Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering
- Exposure to Terraform or Infrastructure as Code
- Experience in healthtech or regulated environments
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling
