Key Responsibilities but not limited too:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing regional field sales team.
  • Drive sales performance and in-store execution across NSW and QLD.
  • Build strong customer relationships with key state-level accounts and wholesalers.
  • Execute national sales strategies locally, tailoring plans where needed to state dynamics.
  • Report on KPIs, identify opportunities and risks, and take proactive action to meet targets.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG field sales leadership.
  • Proven experience of sales to Multi Site Operators & Stores.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop remote teams.
  • Must be able to manage time effectively across both people management & account management
  • Strong knowledge of local customer landscape and state-based execution levers.
  • Ability to clearly & effectively communicate at all levels of the business
  • Willingness to travel across regions regularly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and commercial acumen.
  • Preferred knowledge of Key Stakeholders across P&C and Independent Retail
