About the role:

MYMC are looking for a Production Manager to lead our Night Shift from Monday to Friday from 10pm till 6:06am.

This role ensures that all night operations align with company standards, production targets, food safety requirements, and team performance expectations.

Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this position requires a hands-on leader who is decisive, accountable, and capable of driving results with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Lead and oversee all site operations during night shift across Production.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to frontline supervisors and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality assurance, WHS, and GMP requirements.
  • Monitor and manage production KPIs
  • Conduct pre-shift and handover meetings to align on priorities and communicate effectively across shifts.
  • Manage emergency situations, escalate incidents appropriately, and act as the primary point of contact overnight.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and site rules.
  • Drive a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Complete end-of-shift reports and escalate critical information to senior management

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in food manufacturing, with at least 5-7 years in a senior operations or leadership role.
  • Proven background in Food Manufacturing/FMCG, production and logistics/warehousing environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive performance, and maintain compliance.
  • Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, WHS, and quality systems in a food environment.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Able to work independently with high levels of trust, responsibility, and initiative.
  • Physically capable of working in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing setting.
