Dental Assistant/Receptionist | Mindarie Quinns Dental Centre part of My Implant Dentist

We’re looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team at Mindarie Quinns Dental Centre. This is a Part-Time opportunity offering 4 days a week including Saturday, long-term growth, full training, and a clear career path in the exciting world of cosmetic and implant dentistry.
About the Role
In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, responsible for:
Receptionist:
- Managing front desk operations
- Booking and coordinating appointments
- Handling phone and email enquiries
- Supporting patient care and education
- Collaborating with the clinical and management team
- Contributing to administrative and sales support tasks
Dental Assistant:
- Assisting dentists chairside during procedures
- Preparing and sterilising instruments to the highest infection control standards
- Providing patients with a warm, professional and reassuring experience
- Managing clinical stock and preparing treatment rooms efficiently
- Supporting the team to maintain seamless daily operations
You’ll be trained to deliver an exceptional patient experience while learning the ropes of dental administration in a fast-paced, professional environment.
About You

- A genuine team player, able to work collaboratively
- Passionate about healthcare and cosmetic dentistry
- Eligible to work in Australia with any form of valid work rights
Experience in dental reception or assisting is ideal but not essential — full training will be provided. A Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting or Business Administration is a bonus but not required.
