Description

We are seeking a caregiver to attend clients in the Fremantle region.

As a caregiver at My Companionship, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Providing personal care assistance, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Offering companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.

Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping.

Medication prompting.

Transportation for appointments and outings.

Monitoring and reporting any changes in the client’s condition.

Collaborating with our team to create personalised care plans.

Qualifications:

Cert III Assistant in Nursing / Aged Care

Previous experience working as a caregiver or related role

Good communication skills

A high level of patience, compassion, and empathy

Knowledge of standard safety precautions and procedures

Ability to lift and move clients

Flexibility to work varying schedules

Essential:

Drivers license

Reliable vehicle
