The Role

If so, we invite you to join us as a (SIL) Accommodation Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the individual needs of our clients are met by creating innovative opportunities focused on community inclusion, recreation, individualised care, and social engagement.

• Engage with your team of disability support workers/Key Workers to develop a culture of professional growth, compliance, best practice, independence, and personal responsibility.

• Create and support a confident, empowered, fulfilled, and loyal workforce.

Attributes, experience, skills, and qualifications

• Highly attuned communication skills with the ability to listen, understand, and communicate positively and clearly.

• Creative problem-solving skills with the confidence to implement solutions.

• Leadership skills to empower and guide a team.

• Ability to work autonomously, self-manage time, and workload.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role in the disability sector.

• Experience with NDIS funding and plans.

• Excellent IT skills, including proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• High-level critical thinking with the ability to question and improve systems and processes.

• Minimum Certificate IV or above in Disability/Community Services (or equivalent).
