Job Summary:

We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Café Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our bustling café. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing a high-performing team, and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily café operations, including opening/closing procedures

• Lead, train, and support front-of-house and barista staff

• Maintain high standards of customer service and product quality

• Manage stock, ordering, and inventory control

• Monitor budgets, sales targets, and labor costs

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in café or hospitality management

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Passion for coffee, food, and customer service

• Flexible, organised, and calm under pressure
