Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, tools, and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
• Apply nail polish, gel polish, BIAB, and nail art with precision and creativity.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role (preferred).
• Minimum NVQ/VTCT Level 2 or higher in Beauty Therapy or Nail Technology.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for the nail industry.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, availability on evenings and weekends.
