Assistant Salon Manager – Experienced Nail Technician – London

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Salon Manager to join our luxury nail salon team.
As Assistant Salon Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Salon Manager with the smooth day-to-day running of the salon. From delivering flawless treatments and five-star customer service, to motivating and guiding your team, you’ll be hands-on in every aspect of salon life. You’ll also step up to lead the salon in the Manager’s absence, making this the perfect role for someone ready to grow into leadership. To succeed, you’ll lead by example and perform treatments alongside your team.
This is a hands-on role – ideal for someone who enjoys being part of the team, performing all salon duties while taking on extra responsibility.
What you’ll be doing:
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences and setting the standard with your treatments
• Supporting the Salon Manager in leading and motivating the team
• Assisting with staff scheduling, training, and development
• Helping to resolve customer queries and ensuring every guest leaves happy
• Maintaining stock, salon standards, and daily operations
• Promoting add-ons, bundles, and products to boost salon performance
What we’re looking for:
• NVQ Level 2 in Nail Technology (or equivalent)
• Previous salon/spa experience, ideally in a supervisory or senior therapist role
• A natural leader with strong customer service and people skills
• Hands-on, positive, and ready to support your team in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for beauty and commitment to Townhouse’s high standards
