Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT professional to provide day-to-day information technology and communications support and advice to Mosaic employees. 

Reporting to the General Manager – ICT, you will oversee day-to-day operations of the organization’s Cloud-based infrastructure, Windows workstations and infrastructure and maintain network, ICT hardware and software.

  • Ability to manage priorities and time effectively, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on request urgency and nature.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality service to internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying issues and providing effective solutions swiftly.
  • Extensive experience in supporting Windows and other end point operations
  • Willingness to learn and grow as part of an evolving ICT service team.

Key Responsibilities of this role include but not limited to

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organisation’s Cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring the seamless integration of Microsoft 365 services, Cloud storage, security, and related technologies.
  • Deliver expert-level knowledge and support for Cloud applications, tools, and systems within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring high service availability and reliability.
  • Manage and support Windows 11 workstations and infrastructure, leveraging the Microsoft stack, including Azure and Office 365 solutions.
  • Coordinate and manage the lifecycle of all cloud-based ICT assets, including mobile devices, workstations, software applications, and communication tools, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Provide expert-level end-user support across the organisation, addressing issues related to Microsoft 365 services, Cloud applications, and general ICT needs, while managing service desk tickets effectively through various channels (technology, in-person, etc.).
  • Ensure the daily backup and disaster recovery processes for critical cloud-based data and systems, maintaining data integrity and availability.
  • Contribute to the improvement of ICT processes and business solutions within Mosaic, identifying opportunities to streamline operations, enhance user satisfaction, and drive organisational improvements.
  • Take ownership of all ICT assets, ensuring effective tracking, maintenance, and alignment with organisational needs and policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies within the Microsoft 365 and Cloud computing space, continuously evaluating how these can enhance organisational functions and end-user experience.
  • Oversee mobile device management (MDM) solutions, supporting Apple and Android devices, ensuring secure and compliant use of mobile technologies within the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Effectively prioritise tasks and manage change within the dynamic cloud environment, adapting to new requirements and business needs.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by the ICT Manager to support the strategic goals of the organisation’s digital transformation initiatives.

To be successful in this position you will have:

  • Certifications, particularly in Cloud technologies, and/or a relevant Diploma/Degree qualification in ICT or related fields desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of Azure Cloud, Cloud technologies, including but not limited to IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
  • Proven expertise in backup, disaster recovery, Cloud Systems
  • Advanced troubleshooting and fault analysis skills for both systems and applications, ensuring rapid issue resolution.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in Office 365 – Exchange, Sharepoint, Teams, inTune, Entra
  • Skilled in managing and configuring cloud security technologies
  • Highly developed skills in Azure AD management, inTune, and user access controls within a hybrid Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Preferrable experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Business Central, including configuration and integration within the Microsoft 365 suite.
