As our Casual Video Editor, you will be:

• Editing and post-production of video assets to produce professional quality videos for Morling College teaching and learning contexts.
• Trimming and sequencing of video footage.
• Seamless transitioning and special effects.
• Background music, captions, titling, and graphics.
• Creation of rough and final cuts, in consultation with project stakeholders, from production through post-production processes.
• Remuneration: $37.12/hour (incl. 25% Casual loading; excl. 12% Super).
• We are also seeking a permanent part-time (24 hours/week) Administrative Assistant and are happy to discuss merging the Administrative Assistant and Video Editor roles. Essential Attributes (please respond to these attributes in your Cover Letter):

• Demonstrated experience with video editing and post-production. Please provide a link to samples of your work in your resume or cover letter.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and Media Encoder.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Google Suite.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent creative problem-solving skills.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively, following agreed operating processes and procedures.
• Ability to be flexible in the accountability of duties with a willingness to be involved in other team duties as required.
• Demonstrated Christian character and involvement in a local evangelical church.
