Research Intern

The opportunity

Our Research team covers over 200 listed companies from all sectors of the economy. We help our clients understand how these companies work, as well as providing earnings forecasts and valuations. The Internship is a structured six-week program running from 22 June to 31 July, during which you will gain exposure to a range of different areas of Research.

What you will be doing

During the Internship you will gain experience by working directly with sector teams. You will have the opportunity to conduct your own research into a specific company. In this project, you will learn about the business, build an earnings and valuation model and establish an investment case. You will present your initiation project to the Research leadership team at the end of the program and receive their feedback.

What you will bring

We know that you will be starting out in your career, and you will still be undertaking your university degree in business, commerce, economics, etc. We are excited to help you build your skills and experience in financial services. You will thrive in the role if your strengths include:

• Numerate and comfortable with the broad concepts of equity valuation
